To ASC Studio Students & Parents:

 Hi Everyone: 

It’s that time of year where I once again barrage you with tons of information.

ASC STUDIO IN –HOUSE RCM EXAMS:  

 Date:  Saturday, June 19, 2021

Times:  12:15 - 7:30 pm

Method:  Zoom

For those taking their exams, please book your preferred time on the portal as soon as possible.

Timeslots have been posted and are available for booking as of today, May 31^st. 

If there are any challenges, please contact me as soon as possible.

 Fee Structure:  will be the same as a regular lesson and invoiced along with lessons.                           

 SPRING SEMESTER  ENDS:  Final week of Spring Semester Classes:  June 21 – June 26^th

SUMMER SCHEDULE:  

 Teacher Vacation:  June 28^th – July10^th;    August  2^nd – 7^th  & August 30^th – September 6^th  (I do take vacation J)

Summer teaching sessions this year will run on: 

1. Tuesdays from 12:00 pm  – 8:00 pm
2.  Wednesdays    10:00 am – 3:00 pm
3.  Thursdays         1:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Classes Scheduled  Weeks starting:

1. July 13^th , July 20^th , July 27^th
2. August 10^th , August 17^th , August 24^th 

Please note:  the Portal is now open for booking your lessons online 

YOU CAN BOOK A REGULAR TIMESLOT OR VARY IT ACCORDING TO YOUR SUMMER PLANS

NOTE:   As we are still in a state of flux due to COVID, I will be continuing with the Zoom format for the foreseeable future.

I will keep you updated  as soon as any new information is available.

 FALL SEMESTER:  STARTS  TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2021

I usually open registration to new students by mid August.

Please let me know as soon as you can, if you:

• Plan to continue lessons
• Would like to keep the same time slot as you have this year
• Need a new day/time for lessons
• Need to increase length of lesson  (higher levels)
• Plan to add a sibling for lessons

Note:  I know that schedules change frequently as students/parents take on new activities throughout the year.

I am always open to rescheduling if at all possible with timely notification.
